The property was fairly clean. Staff was courteous and polite. - Greatly enjoyed the location in all areas. - Had a very comfortable stay for 3 nights.

A well presented and good value hotel, I loved it, staff was very efficient. Everything was very good, newly remodelled and spotless room. The location was quiet, just next door to transport and rather than downtown, stayed here during my weekend. It also was to the shopping mall partly free.

The staff were attentive and efficient. the morning meal was delicious with eggs cooked to order and European food. - the location was particularly good, on the outskirts of town in a fairly quiet area.

Because it new and not many people stay the breakfast and meal menu was limited and the pool is not completed yet but I think as more people stay this will get better I think this could be one of the best hotels in udon I will stay again in April hopeful more people would of stayed by then and the little thing that could be better would have improved

I had a great stay here! The hotel room was really spacious and clean. The breakfast had a lot of delicious options and the staff even made eggs to order. The swimming pool was a highlight - it was really big and perfect for relaxing. Plus, the hotel provided a free shuttle to and from the airport, as well as into town, which was really convenient.

I recently stayed at Siamgrand Hotel for a few days and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel is big and located on the outskirts of town, but there is a shopping mall nearby for all your needs. The rooms are spacious and clean, with very comfortable beds and well-equipped bathrooms. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of options. One of the highlights of my stay was the great outdoor pool, which is saltwater and perfect for a refreshing swim. The hotel also has a fitness center for those who like to stay active. Another thing I really appreciated was the friendly and helpful staff, who made my stay even more enjoyable. Siamgrand Hotel provided excellent value for money and I would definitely recommend it.

Swimming pool rules are restrictive, with charges for additional person. Refrigerator in the room was not fully stocked, with only two complimentary bottles of water provided.

The swimming pool at Siamgrand Hotel was absolutely amazing. It was the perfect place to relax and cool off after a long day of exploring the city. The pool area was well-maintained and offered a beautiful view. I enjoyed spending time there, swimming and soaking up the sun.

The breakfast served at this hotel is absolutely delicious. They offer a good variety of dishes to choose from. the rooms are spacious and very clean, which is always a plus. the location is also convenient, as it is close to many restaurants and shops.

The staff at this hotel could use some improvement in their customer service skills. They weren't very friendly and didn't seem interested in helping guests with their needs.
